All prices listed include duty and VAT. Prices are subject to changes in duty and VAT, exchange rates and market fluctuations.
All goods remain the property of the Solent Cellar until the buyer has paid for all goods in full. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer on collection from the shop or from time of delivery.
We act in good faith when purchasing wines from our suppliers and undertake to store our wines in the proper manner. At our discretion we will endeavour to replace any faulty bottles. We regret that this may not be possible for fine wines that cost in excess of £20.00 per bottle. These wines are bought as seen.
We offer free local delivery for orders over £50 to the following postcodes – SO41,42,43,44,45 and BH23,24,25. We offer a mail order service for mainland UK postcodes outside these at a cost of £10 which is waived on orders of £200 or more.
Claims for non delivery or damage must be made in writing or by email within three days.
The Solent Cellar will not be responsible for failure to meet obligations due to prevailing circumstances beyond its control.
The Solent Cellar adheres to all applicable UK data protection legislation in respect of any personal information gathered on our customer list.
