Simon has a genuine passion for good wine and has expert knowledge built up over sixteen years of experience in the wine trade. He has travelled and worked in many of the Worlds leading wine regions and has a keen eye (and nose!) for searching out wines that offer great quality at affordable prices.
Heather also began her career in the wine trade before pursuing her passion for cooking by training as a chef at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. It was here where she became committed to the philosophy of only using the freshest and finest ingredients. Since then she has gone on to work for Masterchef winner 2009 Mat Follas, and has enjoyed a brief stage with Michel Roux Jnr at Le Gavroche. This breadth of experience allows us to offer great food and wine matching advice.
