Description
Crafted from vines some 55+ years old. These vines are east-south-east facing and located between Puligny-Montrachet and Santeney. Matured in 500 litre (10% new oak) barrels for 15 months, without battonage, before being bottled and released.
A powerful, texturally rich Burgundy full of toasted almonds, ripe apple, melted butter and honey notes. The finish is long and succulent with a fine acidity and mineral line. Pair with roasted chicken, salmon or a creamy risotto.
