This wine originally came from a mistake where the wine was lift on the skins a little longer, has now become his signature style, giving a lovely mouthfeel and slight blush colour. Fresh fruit aromas of red apple and orange zest. Crisp acidity and a textured mouthfeel. Pomegranate molasses and preserved lemon flavours.
