70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano di Soave from 30-60 year old vines. All the grapes are handpicked, the wine is aged in glass lined cement tanks on fine lees to add richness and complexity. Fresh with notes of elderflower and lemon. The palate is dry, balanced and really elegant. This bottling is the 50 year anniversary bottling.
Enjoy with vegetable dishes, delicate fish, shellfish and cheese soufflés.
