Description
Pazo Senorans are considered the leading producer in Rias Baixas, and widely recognised as one of Spain’s finest producers. They produce only Albarino, with fruit coming from their own 29 ha of vineyard and around 160 Growers and 500 specially selected micro parcels, each being inspected rigorously and samples regularly taken from each parcel. The use of so many growers adds to the complexity of the wine that Pazo Señorans are known for.
Tasting Note
The wine has aromas of nectarine, fresh fig, orange zest and white flowers. Dry, citrus flavours and a mineral-driven finish, which expands and deepens on the tail end. Offering a satisfying balance of power and finesse. Match to all types of seafood or sushi.
