A beautiful single vineyard white. Made with spontaneous fermentation and aged for 6 months on its fine lees in amphora before being bottled unfiltered.
Complex aromas of white floral notes, stone fruit and lime are layered with mineral notes through to smooth palate with restrained acidity offering balance and freshness.
