Description
A project of David Leclapart (producer of Champagne) and Alejandro Muchada (from Cadiz). The wine is produced from Palomino grapes grown in Sanlucar. It is unfortified and has elements of a Manzanilla being salty and textured but with lovely ripe stone fruit notes on the finish.
