Description
Chardonnay grapes come from the cooler sites in Limoux, where the climate allows slower ripening and better levels of acidity. A textured white wine that has layers of flavour, ripe pear, peach, cream and vanilla. Balanced with ripeness but with a refreshing acidity. A great match to fish or chicken.
