The Mayfly Sauvignon Blanc is fairly unique compared with majority of NZ Sauvignon Blanc’s, as this wine is from a single Estate vineyard of vines planted between 1991 and 2008. This is an exquisite example of the grape variety with grassy notes as well as white peach and exotic passion fruit. Fresh and deliciously crisp with a long citrus and peach aftertaste. Pair this to grilled fish, new season asparagus and Asian dishes.
