Description
The Louis Jadot Bouzeron is a well structured Aligoté with hints of peaches. The acidity is light and the wine very fresh and lively. Bouzeron is a new appellation only producing white wine with the Aligoté grape. It is the only identified place in Burgundy where a village appellation is produced with Aligoté.
Written up on Saturday 6th April in the Times by Jane MacQuitty who said, “”Catnip for Puligny fans, this fab Bouzeron bursts with blossomy white peach fruit and intense nutty oak.”
