Description
The French wine estate of Chateau Ollieux Romanis is considered to be one of the oldest in the world. Its history dates back to over a thousand years ago, during the role of the Romans. Today, the estate is located right in the center of the Pinada Massif, in Corbieres.
Lo Petit Fantet d’Hyppolite blanc is a blend of 40% Roussanne, 35% Grenache Blanc and 25% Marsanne and is fermented with natural yeasts and no added sulphites. A pale yellow in colour. Scents of apple blossom and pear with a hint of apricot. On the palate, creamy in texture with a bright acidity and balanced minerality leading to a crisp yet honeyed finish.
