Edi Keber winery is one of the most representative wineries of the entire territory of Collio Goriziano. In the amphitheater of Zegla, Edi’s vineyards are immediately noticeable: you do not need experts eyes to see the love and dedication that push Edi Keber to care for, and to protect his vines in the best possible way.
Grapes are predominantly Tocai Friulano with Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla. We’re talking more skin contact here than in the entire Emmanuelle trilogy. Dry on the palate with nice minerality and hints of grass and intense, long finish. Skin contact gives this an attractive pithy bitterness. Subtle tannins add superb length and complexity.
