Description
Edi Kante’s Malvasia comes from vineyards of the Carso Triestino, a territory characterized by a strong presence of red earth and limestone. Fermentation takes place in steel without any maceration, after which the wine ages for 12 months in second passage barriques and for a further 6 months in steel before being bottled unfiltered. Golden yellow in colour, the nose is centered on fruity hints of white peach and almond, which are enriched with subtle spicey notes. Has a pleasant persistence.
