Description
This Chardonnay comes from a single vineyard in Banghoek, its partly aged in oak and wild yeast fermented. The result is a delicious Chardonnay with ripe lemon and hints of stone fruit, a touch of spice too with integrated nutty oak. Good acidity keeps the wine fresh and beautifully balanced. Great with meaty fish, white meats, even a creamy style curry.
