Fruit from the estates organically grown vines in Carters and Dalkins road blocks situated on stony river alluvial soils. Whole bunch pressed and kept on the lees for an extended period. Voluptuous nose of white nectarine, fresh pistachio and floral highlights. Ripe lemons and great minerality on the palate.
