Jean-François creates a stunning number of cuvées, ranging between thirty-five and forty every year! His methodology goes far beyond the details of the average vigneron.
Named after his daughter, Florine is vinified from old Chardonnay vines planted in 1986 and grown on a terroir of grey Lias marl and gravel. The wine is aged on its lees for 4 years to give lots of texture. Lively with a wonderfully fine texture and mouthfeel.
