Description
The nose initially shows opulent tropical fruit aromas, including aromas of stone fruits, gooseberries, limes and a hint of blackberry and cut grass. Delicious tropical flavours prevail on the palate, these are further complimented by distinct minerality and a fresh, zesty core. Some barrel aging applied in the cellar softens the acidity on the palate and results in a rounded, textured mouthfeel.
