Dominique Lucas’s domaine Les Vignes De Paradis is made up of 10 hectares of organic vineyards on the shores of Lake Geneva. Dominique Lucas mainly grows Chasselas, but has some tiny holdings of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The vineyards are divide into 27 different lots, with harvest taking up to 2 and a half months, due to the slow ripening of the Chasselas
This cuvee is made from fruit from vines grown on granitic soils and glacial moraine, and is his most mineral driven wine, whilst not lacking the opulence found in all his wines.
