Description
Patrick Vauvy manages 30 hectares of vines, mainly planted with Sauvignon Blanc. This is a really attractive wine showing the fruit character of fully ripe grapes. Exotic fruits in abundance and a lovely fresh finish.
An obvious food match to asparagus and hollandaise sauce, but also great with smoked fish, goats cheese and tuna.
