A blend of Domaine Ferret’s best parcel of at least 40 year old vines from their Pouilly-Fuisse amphitheatre. A third of the vines are grown on west-facing granit soil. Vinification takes place in a proportion of 80% old and 20% new oak barrels for a period of 10 months with an additional six months in vats.
Lovely and fresh with layers of bright stone fruits, hazelnut and a clean minerality present on the nose. The palate is elegant and complex, mirroring the nose with intense spices and a lovely, mouth-coating creaminess on the finish.
