Description
From the small family winery in Corsica, Domaine de Vaccelli make some really exciting wines and we are lucky to get a small allocation. This is made from organically grown Vermentino. Only native yeasts are used and the wine is aged in a combination of barrique, stainless steel and concrete egg.
