Dirler-Cade have practiced bio-dynamic practices since 1998. Their vineyards sit on pink sandstone soils that impact an incomparable style and finess to the wines. The grapes are harvested by the hand at the peak of ripeness to make wines of great concentration with an underlying salinity.
Crafted from the Belzbrunnen and Bux plots and a selection from the Grand Cru Saering – subtly floral, with texture and a salivating finish.
