Description
This superb Chenin Blanc is produced from 35-50 year old vines that are grown on the Premier and Grand Cru vineyards of Chaume and Quarts de Chaume. The grapes are hand picked (natch) and fermented and aged for 12 months in Burgundy barrels. Beautifully bright citrus fruit, honeydew melon and ripe pineapple blends perfectly with mouth watering acidity. A long and rich finish ends proceedings perfectly.
