Description
Produced from low yielding vines that are on southern hillsides cascading down towards the Mediterranean – this provides optimal sunshine and fresh sea breezes. The winery is part of the Terra Vitis group who are dedicated to safeguarding the environment and using natural treatments where possible. The wine is now fully organic.
It has gorgeous notes of ripe nectarine, apricot and a touch of spice. The palate is rounded but with a lovely fresh finish.
Enjoy as an aperitif, but also matches well to asparagus, grilled fish and chicken in a creamy sauce.
