Description
The Bodegas Gratias ‘Sol’ is made from an indigenous white grape variety Tardana, the wine is made in stainless steel and then in Tinaja’s (clay pots), and with a touch of lees ageing. The wine has delicious white fruit notes and ripe pears. It is creamy and has well balanced acidity. Pair to oriental food, but also works with grilled fish or pasta.
