The guys at Black Chalk have gone across the border to Kent to source fruit for their very first still white wine. A small portion of the wine spends time in French oak and is then blended to create a Chablis-esque wine, it is super fresh with plenty of fruit and a touch of minerality. Absolutely delicious!
