Description
Made from mature vines on a biodynamic vineyard in the countryside of Cortona. Stefano wants to use old farming traditions of the family, passion and knowledge to produce his wines. Healthy bunches reach maturation and fermentation is done without commercial yeasts and sulphur. The wine is then put into barrel and cement for 14 months to stabilise.
