Description
Inspired by an ancient Piedmont recipe the ingredients of this vermouth include an aromatic wine, pure cane sugar and a selection of herbs and spices including mountain mint, wormwood, gentian, cloves and macis which are macerated in fine alcohol for a long time. Serve on ice for a lovely aperitif.
