The Somerset Cider Brandy Company revived the tradition of producing cider brandy by obtaining the UK’s first commercial license in 1989. This cider spirit was distilled entirely from vintage cider apples grown in traditional Somerset orchards. It has been matured for five years in small oak casks.
This brandy has gained depth, smoothness and stature. With its complexity, velvety palate and intriguing spicy aftertaste it is a good digestif.
