Description
Gin – On the nose the gin is juniper-forward with lovely notes of bitter orange and coriander. The citrusy notes carry through on the palate with hints of liquorice root and cassia bark giving a sweet and slight pepperyness. Infused with sugar kelp which makes itself known with a sweet saltiness on the finish.
Whisky (Batch No. 11) – Notes of toffee and caramel on the nose. On the palate there are notes of green apple, followed by a nice pepperyness and kick of spice. All rounded off with a lovely subtle smokeyness.
