Description
Fernando de Castilla Fino ‘En Rama’ is bottled straight from barrel un-filtered and un-fined to retain its complexity. Straw yellow in colour with prominent yeast, apple and almond aromas on the nose. Intensely nutty and savoury on the palate with a distinct character of fresh bread and a salty tang.
