Eight Two O Spirits aim to be an environmentally friendly spirits using locally sourced botanicals creating the best flavours available. They use vacuum distillation techniques allowing for freshness of certain botanicals to shine through. The majority of their botanicals are grown at a nursery in the New Forest.
Miss Hanne’s Lymington Pink Gin combines sweet notes from the locally grown strawberries with the subtle spice of cassia and Szechuan pepper, this juniper forward gin is perfectly balanced. Add tonic to transform its colour and add a little excitement to your afternoon GnT!
