Description
Domaine Gueguen are based in the small village of Prehy, just a few kilometres away from Chablis. Their Domaine overlooks the picturesque vineyards. Simon and Heather came across Celine and Frederic’s wines on a stopover on a road trip through Burgundy, and were really impressed with their wines. Celine is from a family of winegrowers and after working for her father Jean-Marc Brocard for 13 years, and Frederic working for both Domaine Durup and J-M Brocard, they decided to set out on their own.
This is a vibrant Cremant de Bourgogne made from 100% Pinot Noir. The fizz is creamy and fresh and makes for a superb aperitif.
