We love to try sparkling wines from different regions – and this one from the Jura seriously impresses. 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 5% each of Poulsard and Trousseau. These are fermented in tank and oak. Really expressive on the nose and a beautifully balanced, creamy palate. Drink with smoked fish or cured meats.
