Neudorf Home Block is organically certified from Moutere clay gravel soils. This is a single vineyard wine, hand harvested and wild fermented. 20% of the wine goes into oak barrel.
Elegant and refined this is a serious glass of Pinot Noir to rival a fine Burgundy! Familiar notes of vanilla oak, berry comote, violets, subtle spice and with refreshing acidity.
This is a real treat, and a wine that could be cellared further.
