The Dirler-Cadé Pinot Noir is from the clay and sandstone plots of Bux and Schwarzberg in Bergholtz – cherry colour with a nose of ripe red berry fruits – velvety, silky tannins, presence in the mouth, delightful drinking. Pair with roasted quail, guinea fowl or turkey leg.
