Description
The Corentin Houillon Veronnet Rouge is made from gamay from vineyards in the process of converting to organic farming. Houillon’s 5 ha. estate is based in Serrières en Chautagne in the Savoie. The vines grow on glacial moraine. The wine is macerated for 21 days with 40% whole bunch. The wine is bottled unfiltered with no sulphites added.
