Chateau de la Terriere is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on a 3 hectare site near the village of Cogny. The wine is made by traditional Burgundian vinification and this produces a wine with ripe morello cherry and black stone fruits and hints of delicate spice. It has a rich mouth with silky tannins.
Enjoy with grilled or roasted meats as well as pizza and pasta. It would also be a great match to cold cuts, meat terrines or soft cheese.
