Description
The Bodegas Gratias ‘Arroba’ is a unique wine with only 560 bottles produced. The wine is made from the Pintaillo grape, an indigenous grape to region which is incredibly rare. It is not found in single plots, but rather planted in among old Bobal vines. A hardy variety, it would still produce grapes when late frost had damaged the Bobal, thus ensure the bodegas still had grapes to make wine.
Tasting Note
It has a bright raspberry colour. Red fruit with herbaceous character on the nose, good length in the mouth, with a lovely freshness. It has elegant tannins, subtle, but present, with a long finish.
