The Cave de Julienas-Chaintre selects the best fruit from 6 Cru villages to go into this easy going Beaujolais. Using modern wine making techniques, they produce a light bodied Gamay which shows plenty of ripe red fruits without too much of the ‘bubblegum’ character often associated with Beaujolais which are ready to drink from the day of release.
