Old low-yield vineyards, selected in the highest and coolest areas of Ribera del Duero, the “páramos” of Burgos and Soria. Intense cherry-red with a purple tinge on the edges. Complex, with good intensity and highlights with dark fruit aromas, liquorice and tobacco. Corpulent but silky and elegant with a nice balance of acidity and supple tannins. Soft on the palate with good fruit concentration and a lovely lingering finish.
