Description
Jean Charles Mathieu and Anthony Aubert met in high school and hit it off immediately. A few years later, having both spent time away in their respective jobs, they met for a drink to catch up and see how each other’s lives were progressing. They soon realised that they shared an ambition: to make wine their own way.
A great alternative to red Burgundy, this Pinot Noir has an abundance of raspberry on the nose, these follow through on the palate that also has notes of cherries and small red berries. The combination of juicy fruit and remarkable freshness make for a very enjoyable wine. Pair to game and poultry .
