Really happy to have the latest release of the Bodegas Cesar Florido Fino En Rama in stock! After visiting this small bodega in Chipiona on the coast a few years back we have been following this exciting release each Spring with great anticipation. This bottling does not disappoint. The En Rama style gives the sherry lover the opportunity to experience the wine with little or no filtration, an almost from the barrel experience – this has more depth and concentration than the straight Fino – and we love to pair this to seafood or some chargrilled Padron’s!
