Description
Using fruits from the producer’s oldest vineyards, the ‘Fumé’ version of Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in oak barrels then aged in tank. Passion fruit and mango with a hint of green herbs, seasoned with coconut and smoke. Crisp green apple, asparagus and limey acidity on the palate, with mouth-smacking buttery notes from aging on fine lees. Lime curd follows to a heart-warming ending.
