Chris and Suzaan are one of South Africa’s relatively new producers and they are currently producing some really exciting wines. They believe that the quality and beauty in wine come from the vineyards. They pay great attention to carefully farming the land. This wine, ‘Hereafter Here’ is from young vines and just over 11,000 bottles are produced. Wild fermentation takes place and the wine spends around 12 months on lees, and then tank for a further 6 months before bottling. You can taste the South African sunshine on this wine, stone fruit, citrus, ripe apple and a touch of spice. Full bodied and one of the most enjoyable white wines we have tasted this Summer!
