- The 10th vintage of Cartology
- This comes from the existing nine parcels of vineyards; an even spread this year in terms of percentages used. (Some previous releases favoured different parcels within the blend)
- There is less Semillon in the blend this year.
- The wine was fermented in a range of neutral vessels
It is important to understand that there is one-third less Cartology in 2020 due to the high degree of triage employed at the final blending stage.
