Description
The Quintas Symphonia is made up of 5 grape varieties that thrive in the moderate climate of the King Valley. The wine is made up of Saperavi, Tannat, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is seamlessly powerful as well as elegant, with fine, persistent tannins, a vibrant black fruit spectrum and notes of liquorice. The wine is complex, layered and unique.
Pair to rich meat dishes such as braised veal shin or roast beef.
