Description
The Joseph Drouhin Domaine was assembled parcel by parcel over the years and comprises today 73 hectares of vineyards in Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise and Chablis. The Laforet cuveé is produced from fruit sourced throughout Burgundy. The wine is partially oaked with the the better quality wine going into barrels, before being blended with the rest.
Tasting Note
The Laforet combines classic Chardonnay notes of green apple and citrus fruit with a touch of honey and vanilla from the oak.
