Description
A dry Pinot Gris from the South Island of New Zealand. The wine has lovely texture on the palate and fresh flavours of pear, nectarine and ripe citrus fruit. 90% in fermented in tank and just 10% old French oak. An excellent pairing to Thai cuisine and dishes with chilli, garlic and ginger.
